As a sex therapist at Risk To Live, I blend a broader understanding of the human psyche with a compassionate, open-minded approach to sexual health, helping clients explore and enhance this vital aspect of human experience. Together, we work towards holistic wellbeing and enriched, fulfilling lives.
Before that, as an emotional wellbeing therapist, I specialised in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed, somatic approaches, guiding children, young people, individuals and couples towards emotional balance and physical health.
Internal Family Systems
“Parts of Me: A Teen’s Guide to Exploring the Inner World with Internal Family Systems” introduces young readers to IFS, a way of understanding your inner world that treats every part of you as worth listening to. Written for teens and tweens, it is equally at home with parents, therapists and any adult curious about what is going on inside.

Founder of Safeword (formerly LoveGivr), a sex-positive social and e-commerce platform that gives to sexual health charities. Two decades in the adult retail industry, founding and running two successful Brighton shops, from concept branding to online and bricks and mortar outlets, has given me first-hand knowledge of being a sex educator, running a business in the adult industry, and the changes the industry has faced and will face in the future.
